The purpose of this role is to design, implement and execute various technology risk mitigation and governance projects and activities. This would include assisting in the development and maintenance of I.T policies and process maps, you would also assist with providing centralized I.T governance, compliance and risk management expertise to the various functional areas in the department/organization

Requirements

• BSC/HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Post Graduate degree (MBA,M.Sc., etc.) is an added advantage
• Working knowledge of COBIT
• Experience writing policies, procedures, standards and baselines
• Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance programs
• At least 2 years of experience in an I.T Governance or I.T Governance Management role
• Experience growing and improving IT Governance Program(s)
• Experience managing governance in a regulated industry
• Experience managing a Governance, Risk, & Compliance system, or software toolset
• Experience developing metrics &/or dashboards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate in all situations with stakeholders
• Strong writing and documentation skills
• Ability to track and meet deadlines for audits and compliance deliverables

• The DevOps Engineer will bridge the gap between software development and IT operations, and to ensure that the development, testing, and deployment of software applications are done in a seamless and efficient manner.

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:

• B.Eng Computer Engineering, B.Eng Electrical Electronics or any IT-related Degree. (2.2/ Upper Credit Minimum)
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate); CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)
• MSc involving Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics or similar fields
• Industry Certifications in AWS, CISSP, CCDP, CCNP, and CCIE
• Customer-centric and stakeholders management
• Good LAN/WAN network design and implementation skills
• Ability to solve complex problems in the shortest available time using honed analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills with customers, vendors and members of team

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience with Fiber to the Home(FTTH) infrastructure, and experience in construction on new outside and inside plant (OSP/ISP) fiber infrastructure
• Experience presenting technical concepts to a general audience
• Basic experience with basic configurations of enterprise or carrier grade networking equipment
• such as routers, switches, firewalls, encoders, optics, and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing(DWDM)
• Previous commercial engineering experience
• Experience in technical consulting and customer handling
• Proven experience in data analytics, statistical methods and models
• Experience and knowledge related to different research methodologies and comfort in how these approaches would work
• Experience working in a Service Provider environment and providing technical support to end customer solutions
