    IT Devops Analyst

    JOB DESCRIPTION AND EXPECTATIONS

    • To support the DevOps team in implementing development, testing, automation tools, and infrastructure, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines under supervision.
    • Academic/Professional: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience) Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Work experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT, DevOps, or related field (internship or project experience counts) and Hands-on exposure to one or more DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
    • Job Level: This position has been profiled as a minimum Analyst role owing to the defined skill level, years of experience and complexities of the task to be performed.
    • Grade Level: This position has been profiled as a minimum Analyst 8 owing to the defined skill level, years of experience and complexities of the task to be performed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support implementation of CI/CD pipelines and assist in monitoring builds, deployments, and environments
    • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery cycles
    • Learn and follow defined development, testing, release, and support processes
    • Contribute to documentation of processes and configurations
    • Participate in planning sessions, stand-ups, and team retrospectives
    • Learn to manage stakeholder expectations with guidance from the lead
    • Work closely with Information Security, Risk, Internal Audit, and Business Solutions teams as guided by the team lead.

    IT Project Management Analyst

    JOB DESCRIPTION AND EXPECTATIONS

    • To support the IT PMO in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects by providing expert project coordination, documentation, and analysis, ensuring alignment with IT PMO standards and strategic goals.
    • Academic/Professional: Bachelor’s degree in project management, Information technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, Relevant Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent) and Certification or training in Agile methodologies (Scrum) is an advantage.
    • Work experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience in IT project coordination, administration, or project management, Experience working within a PMO or structured project delivery environment is preferred and Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure concepts.
    • Job Level: This position has been profiled as a minimum Analyst role owing to the defined skill level, years of experience and complexities of the task to be performed.
    • Grade Level: This position has been profiled as a minimum Analyst 9 owing to the defined skill level, years of experience and complexities of the task to be performed.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Vetting, documentation, and scoping of new project requests in alignment with annual planning cycles.
    • Maintenance of the project portfolio database, ensuring all project documentation is accurate, version-controlled, and accessible.
    • Prepare project status reports and presentations for PMO and stakeholder review.
    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource assignments under the guidance of the Head of IT PMO.
    • Assist the Business analysts in eliciting and documenting clear business and system requirements.
    • Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture needs and expectations.
    • Monitor project progress against plans and flag deviations proactively while using visual dashboards and PM tools.
    • Maintain project artifacts including risk registers, issue logs, change requests, and meeting minutes.
    • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and documentation.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
    • Facilitate communication within the project team and with internal/external stakeholders as needed.
    • Periodic project reviews for risk, data privacy impact, and alignment with best practices.
    • Ensure project documentation meets audit and compliance requirements.
    • Support the preparation of materials for internal and external audits.
