To support the DevOps team in implementing development, testing, automation tools, and infrastructure, and contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines under supervision.
Academic/Professional: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience) Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Work experience: 1–3 years of experience in IT, DevOps, or related field (internship or project experience counts) and Hands-on exposure to one or more DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Job Level: This position has been profiled as a minimum Analyst role owing to the defined skill level, years of experience and complexities of the task to be performed.

Key Responsibilities
Support implementation of CI/CD pipelines and assist in monitoring builds, deployments, and environments
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery cycles
Learn and follow defined development, testing, release, and support processes
Contribute to documentation of processes and configurations
Participate in planning sessions, stand-ups, and team retrospectives
Learn to manage stakeholder expectations with guidance from the lead
Work closely with Information Security, Risk, Internal Audit, and Business Solutions teams as guided by the team lead.
