    IT Developer

    Overview:

    • We are looking for skilled Full Stack Developers to join our technology team at the Experience Centre. The developers will work on creating, optimizing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components for various applications used within the Centre. The ideal candidates will be experienced in all stages of software development, with a particular focus on innovation, user experience, and providing technical support to our partners and clients. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, maintain, and enhance the full stack (front-end and back-end) of web and mobile applications used within the Experience Centre. 
    • Collaborate with the Head of Technology and Innovation to design innovative tech solutions for internal and external users. 
    • Write clean, scalable code using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, etc.). 
    • Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility of applications. 
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to improve functionality and performance. 
    • Integrate APIs and third-party services with our platforms to enhance user experience. 
    • Provide technical support to businesses and partners using the Centre’s tech services, assisting with any custom development needs. 
    • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development. 
    • Collaborate with the product manager and other team members to align on technical specifications and project requirements. 

    Key Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a full-stack developer in a tech-focused environment. 
    • Strong proficiency with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks such as React or Angular. 
    • Proficiency in back-end languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or PHP. 
    • Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), API integration, and cloud services (AWS, Azure). 
    • Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. 
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. 

    Qualifications:

    • Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 
    • Professional: Certifications in Full Stack Development, Cloud Computing, or Software Engineering are highly desirable

    Sales Engineer (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)

    Purpose: 

    • The prospective candidate needs to handle Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) sales, must have good understanding in air conditioning products and system, knowledge about the air conditioning market, brands operating in this country/region etc. Design support to consultants, providing trainings, plan & spec, sales & marketing, target setting & forecasting for existing and new territories for Carrier and Toshiba complete range of products. 

    Responsibilities: 

    • Providing back-office support (Technical Selection /Quotation) to the sales team 
    • Review of Tender Document/BOQ schedule/Specifications 
    • Estimate heat load calculations by HAP 
    • Provide technical selections of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Rooftop Units by using Carrier selection software tools 
    • Preparing Technical Compliance 
    • Client & Factory Co-ordination, if needed 
    • Read and review of Ducting and Piping layouts from Auto CAD drawings 
    • Preparing Bill of Quantity for design and build job & estimation for the equipment selected 
    • Knowledge of commonly used systems, solutions, practices, and procedures within the HVAC field 
    • Managing enquiries and offering technical support for the Sales Managers 
    • Any other official tasks that may be requested by line manager from time to time, as needed

    Requirements: 

    • Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Degree / Diploma 
    • Experience: 3 to 4 years of sales experience of HVAC products, especially on VRF sales. 
    • Skills & Competencies: Self-motivated and can work independently.
    • Internal Relationships: Sales Managers & other territories team members 
    • External Relationships: Dealers, Distributors, Clients, Consultants & Contractors

    Head of Programmes

    Overview:

    • We are looking for a Head of Programmes to oversee the design, development, and execution of all programmes at the Experience Centre. This role will focus on ensuring that the Centre’s accelerators, incubators, and other initiatives are world-class and meet the needs of our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in managing high-impact programmes in the tech and innovation ecosystem. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Develop and lead all Experience Centre programmes, including accelerators and incubators. 
    • Collaborate closely with the Head of Partnerships and Marketing to attract businesses and partners for the Centre’s programmes. 
    • Ensure all programmes are aligned with international standards and deliver impactful results for participants. 
    • Work closely with the Head of Technology and Innovation to integrate cutting-edge technology into all programmes. 
    • Continuously assess and improve programme offerings to meet evolving industry needs. 

    Key Requirements: 

    • A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in programme management, ideally within a tech or innovation environment. 
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills. 
    • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
    • Familiarity with the tech ecosystem, both locally and internationally. 

    Qualifications: 

    • Academic: Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous. 
    • Professional: Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Programme Management, or Agile Methodologies. A proven track record in successfully managing complex programmes within the tech or innovation ecosystem is essential
