    IS Business Partner, DW Fieldops & Projects

    DESCRIPTION

    • Participate in the definition and formulation of IS strategy and medium to long term IS plans of the client entity.Assist the client entity in the construction of its IS resource requirements forecast and IS budget and incorporate such into the IST budget for the affiliate.
    • Provide business analysis services to client entities, aimed at identifying and implementing IST solutions.
    • Lead significant business/user related projects within IST, carrying out the initial analysis & documentation of requirements, and the co-ordination of the solution development, deployment, and integration.
    • Coordinate the activities of all IST entities, to ensure, on behalf of their client business entities, the effective operational maintenance and support of existing IST systems and services they use.
    • Ensure that IST activities are performed with minimum disruption to the business entity processes and activities.
    • Assist the requesting entity in searching for and acquiring new software, while making sure that this software can be integrated in the TUCN IS environment.
    • Supervise the development of new software or software interfaces, follow-up the maintenance of existing applications for the client entity.
    • Identify and define the interface between existing and/or new systems inside and outside the Client entity IS, ensuring the coherence of new components of the IS with the existing ones.
    • Place at the disposal of the requesting entity, an information system consistent with the objectives of the E&P professional disciplines and the Group Information System.
    • In conjunction with the client division, defend and ensure the application of IST policies as may be particularly relevant to the client entity.
    • Liaise with HQ IS Correspondents, ensuring that the Group’s IS strategies, plans and other relevant information are appropriately communicated to prepare for future IS evolutions in client entities.
    • Assist and support the business with documents and archive management activities.
    • Provide support to business with management of entity shared drive (access control, folder organisation …)
    • Contribute to the digitization of IT solutions for the Business entities Context and environment  
    • Constant meetings with business entities to ascertain operational needs and ensure such needs are met in an efficient manner. A mandatory sense of commitment and dedication to duty, diplomacy and sound analytical skills. ACCOUNTABILITIES
    • Provision of business analysis and consultancy services to client business entities, in accordance with any SLAs and/or KPIs Coordination of significant business related IS projects.
    • Promotion of the respect of company standards & procedures by the user entities.
    • Definition and respect of business IS budget, and appropriate performance reporting for consolidation into the IT Report

    JOB REQUIREMENT 

    • B.Sc. degree in an IS/IT related subject. An M.Sc. also in a related discipline will be an added advantage.A minimum of 10 years broad IS/IT experience (ideally in both development and support roles)
    • Extensive knowledge and thorough understanding of the oil and gas business, operations, activities, and processes
    • Extensive knowledge of current and developing IS/IT industry solutions, and a thorough understanding of how these solutions could be used to meet the needs of client business entities.

    ECP Commissioning Leader

    DESCRIPTION

    Commissioning preparation / Engineering:

    • Pre commissioning & commissioning engineering including preparation of different document categories required per GS EP EXP 101 & GS EP EXP 103.
    • To ensure proper implementation of all pre-comm/ comm requirements (lists of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures are fully comprehensive; to implement the proper control of all commissioning procedures issued, including operational test procedures) along with a commissioning sequence.
    • Review of all Contractor documentation, procedures, engineering drawings, method statements, equipment, and proposed execution planning.
    • Manages the preparation of pre-commissioning/ commissioning procedures, reporting tools (including technical database, planning, punch list control), and execution of commissioning to maximize onshore commissioning, minimize cost/planning and achieve smooth hand over with operation.
    • To review pre-commissioning and commissioning schedules and timelines and ensure that these remain consistent with project milestones and operational constraints.
    • To approve commissioning forms as per the signatory matrix of the project.

    Management:

    • Assist HoC with management of multidiscipline contractors' personnel for commissioning preparation to be in line with OPERCOM and all applicable specification; task identifications, procedures, requirement for tools, vendors, equipment, manpower, etc and ensure that these resources will be mobilised on time.
    • Organize and participate in weekly/monthly progress meetings on request.

    Commissioning Execution:

    • Manage commissioning execution in a view to reach the targets with priorities in Safety, Quality and Schedule. Coordinate daily site activities with other parties.
    • Manage the witnessing of Contractor pre commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring that Company requirements and that OPERCOM methodology are fulfilled with the objective to achieve end planned dates.
    • Ensure SIMOPS risks are well identified & mitigated properly during commissioning execution in accordance with Company's risk assessment and permit to work procedures.
    • Prepare, from day one, project pre-commissioning, commissioning & start up close out report.
    • Support and enforce the Project's HSEQ objectives and directives.

    RFC / AOC Dossiers, Punch list and ICAPS:

    • Ensure population & verification of ICAPS database is done by contractor's discipline engineers for validation.
    • Ensure Commissioning Mark-up drawing are done on relevant drawing and documents.
    • Initiate and follow up clearance of Punch List, highlight technical problem encountered, and provide Technical and Cost efficient to speed up PL clearance.
    • Ensure RFC & AOC walkdowns followed with Contractor & company personnel and tracking all defects.
    • Coordinate with all stakeholders within company to expedite RFC & AOC dossiers approval in time.

    JOB REQUIREMENT

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree/ HND in a technical discipline a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas EPCI projects Commissioning positions.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to adapt and represent COMPANY in discussions with contractors,
    • Software capabilities: MS Office packages – good experience in the use of Excel, Project, and ICAPS.
    • Hands-on experience in OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS
