    • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and asset management strategies.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving investment targets.
    • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed investment decisions.

    Quantity Surveyor

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Real Estate and Construction team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of cost estimation, cost control, and quantity surveying for our projects.
    • This role requires a strong background in the real estate and construction industry, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and the necessary educational qualifications.


    • Conduct accurate and detailed cost estimation for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
    • Prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
    • Perform cost control activities, monitor project budgets, and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines and project profitability.
    • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions and value engineering options.
    • Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
    • Analyze and review project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to identify potential risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the real estate and construction industry.
    • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost estimation techniques, and cost control methodologies.
    • Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools such as AutoCAD, CostX, or similar quantity surveying software.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Candidates should possess OND, HND, B.Sc and other qualifications
    • Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in sales, preferably in the real estate and construction industry
    • Strong educational background in Sales, Marketing or other fields
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
