We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Supervisor at our Lagos and Abuja offices.
As a Project Supervisor at Floorkraft, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various flooring projects to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate flooring projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and compliance with specifications.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp to create project layouts and plans.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
Qualifications
Engineering (Civil and Mechanical) background
Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar role in the construction or flooring industry.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in project management software.
Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is an advantage.
