    Inventory Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all inventory management operations, including receiving, storing, distributing, and tracking sporting goods, apparel, and equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees inventory levels, handles cash, conducts regular physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
    • Organize the stockroom to optimize space utilization, ensuring products are easily accessible for sales staff.
    • Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving or out-of-stock items.
    • Supervise the daily receiving of new sports merchandise, including unloading and inspecting for damage.
    • Generate and analyze daily/weekly reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory inaccuracies for management.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, retail warehousing, or supply chain.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with sales and purchasing teams.
    • Familiarity with sporting goods, clothing or high-volume retail environments is a strong plus.

    Stock Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • The Stock Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the receiving, processing, organizing, and replenishment of inventory.
    • The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring smooth running of the daily store activity

    Responsibilities

    • Not restricted to being a coordinator alone, must be able to sell,handle cash and monitor inventory levels.
    • Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries of sports merchandise (footwear, apparel, equipment).
    • Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving or out-of-stock items.
    • Organize and maintain the stockroom, ensuring it is clean, safe, and efficient.
    • Ensure the accuracy of incoming stock by counting and reconciling physically received goods against purchase orders.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience as a store manager or related role within retail (sporting goods or clothing preferred).
    • Proficiency with inventory management systems, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and MS Office
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Oversee, guide, train and motivate the store staff team( sales reps, cashiers) to work effectively and achieve sales targets.
