    Inventory Manager

    Responsibilities
    Inventory Planning & Control:

    • Develop and implement effective inventory management policies and procedures.
    • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet operational and customer demands.
    • Plan and forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends and seasonal demands.
    • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

    Stock Monitoring & Tracking:

    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and ensure timely updates.
    • Track inventory movement, stock transfers, and adjustments.
    • Implement and maintain barcoding, labelling, and tracking systems.

    Loss Prevention & Compliance:

    • Identify and investigate stock variances, shortages, and damages.
    • Implement controls to minimize loss, theft, or damage.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

    Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
    • Analyze inventory data to identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock.
    • Recommend strategies to optimize stock turnover and reduce holding costs.

    Team Leadership & Coordination:

    • Supervise and train inventory officers, storekeepers, and warehouse assistants.
    • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and production teams for stock requirements.
    • Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Inventory accuracy rate (%).
    • Stockout frequency and duration.
    • Stock turnover ratio.
    • Shrinkage and loss percentage.
    • Timeliness and accuracy of inventory reporting.

    Qualifications & Skills
    Education & Certification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
    • Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, APICS, CSCP) is an advantage.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in [industry type, e.g., pharmaceuticals, FMCG, manufacturing].
    • Proven track record of managing inventory systems and stock control processes.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
    • Knowledge of warehouse safety and storage best practices.

    Soft Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
    • Leadership and team management skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    Account Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain proper financial records and general ledger reconciliations.
    • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure operational efficiency.
    • Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and financial forecasts.

    Budgeting & Forecasting:

    • Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
    • Track budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
    • Prepare rolling forecasts and scenario analysis for decision-making.

    Internal Controls & Compliance:

    • Develop and implement effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory filings, and other statutory obligations.
    • Coordinate and manage external audits, liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies.

    Cost Management & Process Improvement:

    • Monitor and control operational and administrative costs.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
    • Develop cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and service delivery.

    Team Leadership & Development:

    • Supervise, mentor, and develop finance and accounting staff.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
    • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Timeliness and accuracy of financial reports.
    • Budget variance percentage.
    • Audit compliance and regulatory adherence.
    • Cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
    • Team performance and development progress.

    Qualifications & Skills
    Education & Certification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
    • Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is required.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5–7 years progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Experience into building and finishing preferred.

    Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
