    Web Developer(Intern)

    We are looking for a Web Developer to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our websites and computer systems. The Web developer intern will be in-charge of web and Graphic design.

    Qualifications and competencies:

    • HND/OND/B.Sc./ Degree in Computer Science, computing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
    • The ideal candidate can be a current NYSC member.
    • Basic knowledge of (SEO)Search Engine Optimization process
    • Skill in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
    • Proficiency in graphic design.
    • Writing and editing content
    •  Designing webpage layout
    • Updating the company and client website.

    Responsibilities:

    • Designing and updating website.
    • Monitoring SEO and advising on recent trends.
    • Creating new solutions and testing new web technology.
    • Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks.

    Accountant (Intern)

    The Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions. however, we have an array of companies we manage; therefore, the Accountant is responsible for report compilation from the various organization.

    Qualifications and competencies:

    • HND/OND/B.Sc./ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
    • The ideal candidate could be a currently serving corps member (NYSC).
    • Demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and highly detail-oriented.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization and externally.
    • Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
    • Serve as a point of contact to our companies managed.
    • Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
    • Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters.
    • Managing income and expenditure accounts, Prepare reports on account status.
    • Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
    • Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
    • Managing records and receipts
    • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
    • Preparing balance sheets.
    • Reports organization's finances to management and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

    Administrative Officer(Intern)

    The Administrative Officer will be responsible for organizing all activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office. He/She will maintain effective administrative system, ensure that office equipment’s are maintained, relevant records are up to date, and supervise support staff.

    Qualifications and competencies:

    • B.Sc./Ba/HND/OND in business administration or similar relevant field.
    • The ideal candidate can be a currently serving corps member (NYSC).
    • Applicable knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
    • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
    • Proactive problem solver with good judgement.
    • Previous working experience as an Office Manager will be added advantage but transferable skills are welcomed.
    • Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft word and excel outlook.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the maintenance and organization of office areas and equipment.
    • Provide administrative and general support for our team and visitors.
    • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
    • Managing vendors and keeping track of cycle of all maintenance contracts with service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
    • Organize office operations and procedures.
    • Purchase office supplies, equipment’ and maintaining office stock.
    • Perform other tasks, as assigned.
