    Internal Controller

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance and smooth functioning of the Grot.1p internal control standards within the various entities in Nigeria.
    • Conduct self-assessment of the main internal Control and Management standards defined in the PACI Guide.
    • Identify existing & potential risks that the Business Units operating in Nigeria face and develop solutions to prevent re-occurrence.
    • Develop audits plan with Finance Director that include risk management &. Control, Financial reliability & compliance with regulations
    • Ensure compliance and respect of the Internal Control and Management standards defined by the Group.
    • Prepare reports following audits & assignments that reflect audit results and document processes.
    • Analyze and reconcile the Degonde claims with the files visa-vis information in lncadea and follow-up to ensure the claims are timely settled.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 Years’ experience.
    • Good knowledge of Tracking hardware and software.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Packages and IT System.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong work ethic with good interpersonal skills.

    Compliance Officer

    Job Description

    • Assist with and provide ABC advice to Business and Support Function constituents and support monitoring activities relating to: the provision of gifts and entertainment, employment opportunities, donations and other things of value; third-party risk management; and the Firm’s strategic investments in line with applicable laws
    • Perform and support the performance of ABC due diligence on proposed activities. This will involve regular interactions with members of the Business, Sourcing, Third Party Risk Management, and Human Resources, among other teams.
    • Assist with updating the Group’s Anti-Corruption Policy and related policies, procedures, and the ABC control plan.
    • Prepare management information reports, including quantitative and qualitative content and analysis as to the ABC risk and control environment. 

    Requirements

    • 3 - 5 years of experience in same function
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
    • Strategic thinking
