About the Role

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with 2–5 years’ experience in internal control or compliance (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.

Role Overview

• We are seeking a Mobile Videographer in Ibadan who will be responsible for capturing high-quality videos of property sites, inspections, walkthroughs, and brand activities using mobile and lightweight camera tools.
• This role is ideal for someone fast, creative, and comfortable working on location.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot site inspection videos, property walkthroughs, and progress updates
• Capture lifestyle and on-site brand content
• Record short-form videos for social media
• Edit videos using mobile and lightweight editing tools such as CapCut Pro
• Upload and organize footage for the brand team
• Follow shot lists and creative briefs provided by the Lagos team
• Ensure clean audio, steady visuals, and professional framing.

Requirements

• Strong experience shooting videos with smartphones or portable cameras
• Proficiency in CapCut Pro or similar mobile editing apps
• Good understanding of lighting, framing, and audio
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Must be based in Ibadan and available for frequent site visits.
