    Internal Control / Audit Officer

    Accountabilities

    • With supervision from the Head, Internal Audit/Control, evaluate maximum compliance on all types of financial, accounting, administrative and operational control systems
    • Reviewing of SOP from time to time.
    • Review records to ensure that they are accurate and complete according to company standards
    • Participate in audits across various business lines and support functions within the organizations.
    • Provide concise and high quality reports summarizing as necessary the findings arising from audit work.
    • Checking of Consumptions vs Bill of materials to detect and eliminate any shortages/pilferages.
    • Support the successful implementation of new projects / tool within the organization by ensuring internal control aspects are considered.
    • Carry out monthly/Adhoc inventory count and periodic fixed asset verification exercises.
    • Prepares monthly and quarterly internal control activity reports.

    Qualifications

    • A Degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance or any related field.
    • Partly qualified and working towards qualification.
    • Must have 2-3 years’ relevant financial audit experience
    • Good excel and data analysis and skilled in financial reporting.
    • A high level of attention to detail.
    • Good Communication skills and good command of the English language (oral and written).
    • Conversant with any ERP system
    • Passionate about providing ethical, quality audits.

    Accounts Officer

    Accountabilities

    • Posting of customers’ payment in the ERP
    • Maintain non-current asset register and inscribe serial numbers on the newly acquired assets and existing assets
    • Assist with Accounts receivable overflow
    • Assist with reconciliations
    • Maintain strong communication with customers and distributors
    • Provides data entry support for the Accounts and Finance department
    • Filling of all invoices and relevant documents
    • Filing of general ledger
    • Filing of taxation computation, account vouchers, bookkeeping
    • Entry of Expenses Registers
    • Filing of general ledger account into different account heads
    • Filing of monthly VAT returns to FIRS and other regulatory bodies as required.
    • Inventory taking and reconciliation.

    Qualification / Skills

    • A Degree in Accountancy, Economics, Finance or any related field
    • 3-5 years’ cognate experience in similar role.
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Accuracy in the filing of all accounts documents
    • Efficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools; Excel, Word and Power point.
    • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, tact and sound judgment.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Great interpersonal and relational skills
    • Able to respond to changing priorities
    • Able to manage a high volume workload
    • Analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
    • Conversant with ERP system.

    Mechanical Engineer

    Accountabilities

    • We are in need of a Mechanical Engineer who is career-driven, have strong leadership skills, and a depth of experience in driving strong pharmaceutical production engineering and maintenance teams
    • Supervision of machinery used in the production of various pharmaceutical dosage forms (tablets, capsules, injectables, devices, bio-pharmaceutical devices etc.
    • Trouble-shooting of issues faced by machinery.
    • Installation and maintenance of machinery.
    • Plays role during purchase of machinery where mechanical parameters are utilized to purchase the best suitable machinery.
    • Involved in construction and designing of machine sites.
    • Replacement of any damaged parts.
    • Machine maintenance, HVAC operation, water system & maintenance.
    • Initiate QMS documents and execute CAPA where ever necessary.
    • Prepare and implement standard operating procedures and ensure proper documentation.
    • Attend to machine breakdown of plant machinery
    • Carry out preventive maintenance of machineries in the plant.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Eng (Mechanical) qualification with 5- 7years work experience in similar position.
    • Previous work experience in a Pharmaceutical Company is a strong advantage.
    • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Strong leadership skills.
    • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
    • Good organization and project management skills.
