    Internal Control Associate

    Job Description

    As the Internal Control Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and processes. You will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and enhancing the internal control environment to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

     

    • Conducting regular evaluations of existing internal controls to identify areas for improvement.
    • Developing and implementing control policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Performing risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
    • Monitoring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Investigating incidents of fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance.
    • Providing guidance and training to staff on internal control best practices.
    • Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Preparing reports and presentations for management on internal control findings and recommendations.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience (3-5 years) in internal control, compliance, or related field, preferably in the Health or Service sector.
    • Membership of relevant professional bodies such as the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), ACCA will be an added advantage
    • Strong understanding of internal control concepts, frameworks, and methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

    Physiotherapist

    Description

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our growing healthcare team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services aimed at restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving patients’ overall quality of life.
    • This role requires a proactive professional who is passionate about rehabilitation, recovery, and long-term patient care, and who can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct detailed patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
    • Administer physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, and other modalities
    • Monitor, evaluate, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
    • Provide rehabilitation support for post-operative, neurological, musculoskeletal, and chronic conditions
    • Educate patients and their families on home care exercises, posture correction, and injury prevention
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation
    • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
    • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or equivalent)
    • Valid practicing license
    • 1–3 years relevant clinical experience (hospital experience is an added advantage)
    • Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize workload effectively
    • High level of professionalism and empathy.

    Architect

    Description

    • We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Architect to support the design and development of modern healthcare facility spaces.
    • The ideal candidate will combine strong technical drawing skills with innovative design capability and practical construction knowledge.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Produce detailed 2D architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections, construction details, schedules, and documentation
    • Develop 3D models, renders, animations, and walkthrough presentations for approvals and stakeholder engagement
    • Prepare interior design concepts, façade proposals, and functional space planning for healthcare environments
    • Deliver practical, cost-effective, and buildable design solutions
    • Support reduction of external consultancy costs through in-house design capability.

    Key Result Areas

    • Timely delivery of accurate architectural drawings and construction documentation

    • Functional and cost-efficient designs that optimize space and operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc. in Architecture
    • Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
    • ARCON registration is an added advantage.

    Technical Skills:

    • AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD
    • Lumion or similar rendering tools
    • BIM workflow understanding
    • Strong knowledge of construction detailing and technical documentation
    • Ability to prepare BOQ support drawings and schedules.
