    Internal Auditor

    Job Details

    • Conducting thorough audits across different departments of the company, including finance, acquisition, property management, leasing, and more.
    • Ensuring that financial and operational procedures comply with industry standards, company policies, and applicable laws.
    • Identifying and evaluating financial and operational risks faced by the firm, such as market risks, credit risks, operational risks, and compliance risks, and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
    • Assessing potential risks related to the firm's real estate ventures, such as inaccuracies in financial reporting, fraudulent activities, or weaknesses in internal checks.
    • Developing and implementing audit protocols to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyzing financial records, contracts, lease agreements, and other documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
    • Creating detailed audit reports summarizing findings, including identified risks, control deficiencies, and recommendations for corrective actions.
    • Presenting audit outcomes to management in a clear and concise manner, effectively communicating complex financial and operational issues.
    • Collaborating with management to devise and implement strategies to address identified risks and control gaps.
    • Staying updated on the latest industry standards, accounting practices, and relevant real estate regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

    Transport Manager

    A logistics manager is a professional who oversees transportation-related operations within an organization. He/she will be required to handle domestic or international transportation requests, plan and analyze routes, manage budgets, and coordinate the transportation network. May also be required to train, evaluate, and schedule team members who assist with transportation activities such as dispatching, routing, tracking, warehousing, and inventory control.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Prepare weekly and monthly report on your activities and the activity and submit to the Head of the Department.
    • Receive and evaluate client reports of the activities of the drivers and forward to the Head of the Department.
    • Oversee and prepare expense reports and budgets.
