    Interior Architectural Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • Suacasa Nigeria is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Architectural Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior architectural and finishing works across residential and commercial projects.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure that all interior finishes and installations are delivered according to approved designs, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and project budgets.

    Key Responsibilities
    Interior Project Supervision:

    • Supervise daily interior architectural and finishing works on site, including ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, cabinetry, fittings, furniture installations, lighting, and décor elements.
    • Ensure all interior works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and design standards.
    • Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to management.
    • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.

    Design Coordination & Quality Control:

    • Review interior architectural drawings and specifications before execution.
    • Liaise with architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors to resolve design or technical issues.
    • Ensure consistency in design implementation and finishing quality across projects.
    • Identify defects or deviations and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
    • Ensure all materials and finishes meet approved quality and design specifications.

    Material & Resource Management:

    • Monitor interior material usage and ensure proper handling and storage on site.
    • Verify quantities and specifications of materials delivered for interior works.
    • Assist with procurement planning and material scheduling to prevent delays.
    • Minimise material wastage and ensure efficient resource utilisation.

    Health, Safety & Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during execution of interior works.
    • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment on site.
    • Ensure all installations comply with relevant building and safety regulations.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Timely completion of interior finishing milestones.
    • Quality of finishing work with minimal defects or rework.
    • Compliance with approved interior design specifications and standards.
    • Effective coordination of subcontractors and site teams.
    • Reduction in material wastage and installation errors.
    • Timely submission of site progress and quality reports.
    • Client satisfaction with interior finishing outcomes.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Architecture, Interior Design, Building Technology, or related disciplines
    • 5 - 7 years’ relevant experience in interior architectural supervision or finishing projects.
    • Strong understanding of interior finishing processes, materials, and construction detailing.
    • Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related design software is an added advantage.
    • Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.

    Construction Project Manager

    Job Summary

    • Suacasa Nigeria is seeking an experienced and result-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of construction and real estate development projects.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved quality standards and company objectives.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Planning & Execution:

    • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
    • Develop project work plans, schedules, timelines, and execution strategies.
    • Coordinate project activities across site teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
    • Ensure projects are delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
    • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.

    Budget & Cost Management:

    • Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
    • Maintain strong professional relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout project delivery.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • 6–9years’ relevant experience in construction project management.
    • Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or real estate development projects.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
    • Professional certification or membership with relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools is desirable.
