    OVERVIEW: 

    Manage the receiving and inspection of goods within our warehouse. This role involves overseeing the accuracy of product quantities, conducting quality checks, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as they will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and facilitating smooth operations across departments.

    • Receiving and Inspecting: Oversee the receipt of goods, verifying quantities, and inspecting products for damage or discrepancies.
    • Product Identification and Labeling: Ensure accurate identification and labeling of products.
    • Inventory Management System (IMS) Updating: Accurately updating orders in real-time, ensuring that inventory levels and product information are accurate
    • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on incoming packages, identifying and escalating defective, wrong color, size damaged items
    • Merchant Compliance: Ensure merchants meet company standards and comply with agreed-upon product requirements.
    • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of waybills, inspections, and inventory updates.
    • Communication: Collaborate with other departments, such as warehouse, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
    • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, or other issues related to incoming products ingested at the location.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize ingestion processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.

    • Proven experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.
