    ICT and E-Channels Executive

    Job Description
    ICT:

    • Support ICT equipment by performing diagnosis of faults to ensure optimum performance of all ICT devices throughout the organisation.
    • Assist in the support of corporate software systems.
    • Maintain up to date documentation of software applications, hardware, systems and environments.
    • Assist with the creation of new users once trained in software
    • Assist in the rollout and replacement of SFL ICT equipment & Systems.

    E-channel Products:

    • Work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer
    • Define the product strategy and roadmap to meet company targets for product line
    • Be an expert on the market and determine strategy to ‘win the market’
    • Prioritize features and backlog to optimize adoption and increase market share
    • Work closely with the Technology Firms and software engineers to optimize product ROI
    • Work with third parties to develop partnerships and licensing opportunities
    • Work with Marketing to develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
    • Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
    • Work with Sales to develop sales tools and collateral
    • Monitor and measure success of new product features through analytical tools
    • Manage feedback of user engagement to optimize future product development
    • Follow the industry and market developments to propose new innovations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience.

    Credit Risk Analyst

    Job Description

    • Review strategic credit positions
    • Assess Changes in Largest Exposures
    • Assess Counterparty Ratings
    • Review if there are any credit limit excesses
    • Review Credit Limits, assess credit exposures and report all significant risks
    • Assess if provisions are up to date
    • Review if concentrations are within stipulated limits
    • Ensure credit risk reports reach all relevant parties
    • Conduct stress and scenario testing and analysis of portfolio at global levels
    • Ensure no relevant scenarios are missed in testing
    • Review past or anticipated changes in provisions
    • Review if any changes need to be made in specific provisions
    • Ensure proper documentation for all transactions
    • Review rating triggers and break clauses
    • Ensure credit protection is fully understood and utilized
    • Explore if there are any further possibilities of exploiting credit protection.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
    • ONLY qualified Credit Analyst with experience in a Bank or other Financial Institutution with a minimum of 5 years experience should apply.

    Business Development Executive

    Responsibilities
    B2B Sales:

    • Build good working relationships
    • Understand the needs of business customers
    • Research the market and related products
    • Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face
    • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
    • Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.

    B2C Sales:

    • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
    • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
    • Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
    • Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
    • Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
    • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
    • Gather market and customer information
    • Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
    • Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions.

    • Sales Target Vs. Actual
    • Rate of Customer Retention
    • Rate of Customer Management & Issues Resolution
    • Number of repeat customers.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience as Sales and Business Development officer in a financial institution.
