Job Summary

• The Senior HVAC Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications.
• Conduct system inspections and diagnostics to identify issues.
• Perform environmental testing to ensure systems meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Provide professional advice and recommendations to clients regarding system upgrades and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service logs and documentation of work performed.
• Adhere to safety policies, electrical codes, and local regulations.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in training on new technologies and procedures.
• Continuously update technical knowledge by attending training sessions and industry seminars.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience with a variety of HVAC systems and brands.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration, and ductwork.
• Valid HVAC technician license or certification as required by local regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• We are seeking an experienced Operations/Production Manager to join our fast-paced and quality-driven food and beverage manufacturing team in Ikeja, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production planning and execution to meet output targets in line with operational goals.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory documentation, reporting, and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment, enforcing shop floor discipline and housekeeping.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Lead and motivate the production team to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. or HND in a relevant Science or Engineering field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience in production or operations management within the food & beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC standards.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and enforce operational discipline.
