    Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary

    • The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance with labor regulations.
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in building an efficient workforce and supporting management in achieving organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle including workforce planning, talent sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
    • Oversee employee relations and handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution
    • Coordinate performance management processes and staff development initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
    • Supervise HR and administrative staff and ensure smooth HR operations
    • Support management with workforce planning, organizational development, and HR advisory

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 7-10 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
    • Strong understanding of HR practices, Nigerian labour laws, and HR policies
    • Professional HR certification is required (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent)
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
    • Experience in operations, logistics, or similar industries is an advantage.

    Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Officer to oversee daily administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage daily office administrative operations
    • Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and company records
    • Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers
    • Support management with meeting coordination, scheduling, and documentation
    • Assist with facility management and ensure the office environment is well maintained
    • Handle internal correspondence and administrative communication
    • Support other departments with administrative needs when required.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
    • Minimum of 1 - 3 years experience in an administrative role
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
