Role Overview

• We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to manage HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and talent acquisition.
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining HR documentation and supporting workforce management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, shortlisting and candidate placement.
• Coordinate recruitment for technical, corporate, senior-level and domestic staffing roles.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, onboarding documents and other HR correspondence.
• Maintain accurate employee records, recruitment trackers and HR databases.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, performance appraisals and employee exits.
• Support employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary processes and policy implementation.
• Coordinate candidate reference checks, guarantor documentation and background verification.
• Liaise with clients, candidates and internal teams to ensure efficient recruitment delivery.
• Prepare regular HR reports and monitor recruitment and workforce performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through digital tools and automation.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable employment and data protection requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, record-keeping and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and HR administration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Professional HR certification, such as CIPM, SHRM or CIPD, is an advantage.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a responsible, educated, and experienced Private Educator & Child Development Specialist to support children’s learning, personal development, and daily routines within a private household.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background, preferably with prior teaching experience, and the ability to create a structured, safe, and stimulating environment that promotes academic excellence, good manners, independence, and positive behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic support and supervise children’s homework, assignments, and other learning activities.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities that support intellectual, social, and emotional development.
• Establish and maintain structured daily routines, including study time, reading, play, and other developmental activities.
• Encourage good manners, discipline, confidence, independence, and positive social behaviour.
• Monitor children’s academic progress and identify areas requiring additional support.
• Organise creative, educational, and recreational activities that promote learning and development.
• Support children’s communication skills, critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Work collaboratively with parents to ensure consistency in learning objectives, routines, and behavioural expectations.
• Supervise children during educational and recreational activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and conducive learning environment.
• Provide regular updates to parents on children’s progress, activities, and developmental milestones.
• Handle children’s information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline is preferred.
• Previous teaching experience is required.
• Experience working with children in a private household, school, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Patience, emotional intelligence, and a genuine interest in children’s education and development.
• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries while building a positive relationship with children.
• Must be trustworthy, responsible, proactive, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and follow parents’ instructions.
• First aid or child safeguarding training is an added advantage.
