    HR Manager (C&B Focus)

    About the job

    • Transsion (SE:688063) is a Chinese leading technological coporation listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange. Although we are known as the manufacturer of mobile devices and other AIoT related products, the division that is hiring for this HR Manager position is Mobile Internet. We, the Mobile Internet, function as the second curve of the Transsion Group, based on the operating systems of our mobile devices.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, reconstruct and adjust the C&B policies and reimbursement policies based on the needs of Mobile Internet and the research on local/ country-wide salary by city/ country and industry in West Africa, and benchmark current pay scale to competitors on a proactive basis.
    • Work on the execution of monthly payrolls, and the planning of mid-year and off-cycle merit plans and benefits according to contract and strategize new implementations, such as, incentive and allowances, in the payroll and merit for all employees or a segment.
    • Review the system and policies on performance management and make relevant adjustments to C&B in order to enhance the quality of our HR services in Nigeria.
    • Accomplish the ad-hoc work from other HR modules - mainly employee relations and performance management instead of solely focusing on C&B.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree or above is essential, and having a degree in Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Applied Mathematics/ Industrial Engineering/ Operation Research, and other STEM & Quantative Social Science related fields is preferred.
    • 5+ relevant working experience in C&B from either consulting firms or in-house HR is a must.
    • 2+ relevant working experience as an in-house HR or HRBP is needed.
    • Extremely strong Excel skills with knowledge of V-Lookups and Pivot tables, and have been experienced working in an HRMS enabled environment are the must of this position.
    • Attention to detail and a knack for theorizing based on the information given is a must.
    • Having exposure to Chinese corporate cultural settings and the Technology industry is a big plus.
    • Being knowledgeable and keen to learn the implementation of ESOP and total rewards is preferred.

    Video Editor

    Job Descriptions:

    • Responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and video for brand activities and product promotions.
    • Utilize professional skills to perform post-production editing on both images and videos.
    • Render video content using professional-grade software.
    • Manage and archive video materials and final productions.
    • Complete assigned tasks in a timely.
    • Maintain daily videography equipment.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
    • Over five years of experience in shooting, including but not limited to product videos, brand commercials, and short clips, like testimonial video, documentary video, unboxing video, installation video
    • Strong aesthetic sense with unique insights into composition and editing.
    • Proficient in post-production software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
    • Familiarity with the photovoltaic and technology industry is a plus.
    • Creative thinker with imagination and the ability to produce and implement original ideas.
    • High resilience to stress with a strong sense of teamwork, communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a robust sense of responsibility.
