    HR Manager

    My client is a holding company headquartered in Singapore, it operates a diversified business interest that include the largest noodles brand in Nigeria. Due to expansion, they are in need of a Hr Manager.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES.

    •  Assist in communicating company policies and procedures. Promote understanding within the organization
    • Recruit for open positions and perform the full life cycle of recruiting activities including sourcing and screening applicants, maintaining recruiting systems, drafting offer letters, providing follow-through with candidates, supporting hiring managers, and reporting recruiting statistics.
    •   Draft and update job descriptions; assist in classifying positions and/or reclassifying positions as needed.
    •  Lead employee on-boarding activities; answer employee questions and provide support to managers when integrating new hires into the organization.
    • Administer employee benefit programs, answer employee questions, support claim resolution, and maintain related systems.
    • Support the performance review process; provide employees and managers with information about the process, policies, job duties, and process for promotion.
    •  Lead employee recreation and recognition programs.
    •  Maintain employee records, Leave and Time Attendance Administration.
    •  Compensation and Benefit and Payroll Administration.
    •  Responsible for new hire, termination, and change of status forms with payroll. Serve as employee liaison to assist in problem resolution with issues related to benefit deductions and pay.
    • Coordinate and ensure completion of employee exit interviews. Report outcome of exit interview information to management and tracks/maintains data.
    •  Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

    JOB REQUIREMENT.

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human resource management, and other similar degree.
    • Five years previous work experience as an HR manager.
    • Experienced in Compensation and Benefit, Payroll and manufacturing
    • General knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration;
    • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of the Internet.
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make deadlines.
    • Result driven with constant desire to earn high income.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    Regional Sales Manager

    LOCATION: Lagos State

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
    • Identify and solicit potential clients and promote sales to existing clients
    • Prepare preparation of sales quotation, tenders and  other contracts
    • Handle customers complaints and monitoring level of satisfaction
    • Review and adapt to information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions
    • Communicate with customers about changes in company policy
    • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
    • Advise customer on technical issue concerning the product.
    • Prepare of sales invoices/waybill
    • Resolve problems and complaints through proper internal channels in a professional manner.
    • Continually learn new products, services, and methods of presentation for these products.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of juice products.
    • Preferably but not limited to juice industry.
    • Must have managed a regional position in lagos.
    • Good product knowledge.
    • Skills in analyzing competitors activities.
    • Good presentations skills

    AV Technician

    Location: Onitsha, Anambra

    Job Responsibilities

    • Sound knowledge on AV repair and installation of TV, LCD, Plasma, DVD, Home Theatre, Sound bar, Mini speakers, electrical fans and microwave systems.
    • Able to troubleshoot component level defects on the PBCs and panels of all the range of AV products.
    • Provide excellent service to meet customers’ expectations.
    • Perform product storage and transportation activities in safe and secure manner.
    • Prioritize and complete the given jobs accurately and timely.
    • Maintain the workplace and keep tools clean, safe and organized.
    • Carefully follow and adhere to the instruction given by the Service Centre Supervisor.

    Job Requirements

    • OND / HND / SSCE / Trade Test certificate in any technical field of study.
    • 2-9 years experience in technical service or equipment maintenance.
    • In-depth knowledge of sound, video, and lighting equipment
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills.

    Banking Relationship Manager

    Our client is a group of companies with a business focus on manufacturing and trading with more than 3000+ trade partners across the country. They are in need a Banking relationship Manager

    Purpose: The purpose of the Job is to effectively manage the banking activities for the group.

    Reports to:    Group Treasury Manager

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Getting the facility utilization position and prepare the report on limits Vs utilization on fortnightly basis.
    • Getting all the bank original statements at the end of the month for audit purpose.
    • Follow up on RTGS transfer/funds transfer – Treatment.
    • Follow up on telex copies for the bids that went through and forward to suppliers – Update the same in the exposure sheet.
    • Coordination with the Logistics team regarding insurance-related issues.
    • Liaising with banks on account opening/closing.
    • Updates on any banking-related changes and claim excess.
    • Drafting the bank guarantees and getting the BG’s from banks and forward to the concerned.
    • Coordinating with other agencies like UBA Trustees, Jide Taiwo, etc. when required.
    • Preparing the trade load forms and submission to banks.
    • Getting the debit advice from banks for the direct debits in the statement relating to trade transactions as at when required.
    • Going to banks personally for any issue to be resolved immediately.
    • Drafting all the correspondence letters to banks.
    • Highlighting any abnormalities relating to charges on trade transactions.
    • Responsible for all banking operations.

    Job Requirement.

    • Minimum educational standard:   B. Sc/HND in Accounting or Banking & Finance.
    • Must be a chartered accountant (ACA). MBA will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum Working Experience:  9 - 10 Years’ related experience in banking operations
