    HR & Admin Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for an HR & Admin Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department as well as regular office activities for our client.
    • HR & Admin Manager responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies, facilitating the hiring process, record events and daily expenses pertaining to office operations, arrange meetings, facilitate staff logistics and address staff grievances.
    • To be successful in this role, you should have solid organisational skills and be familiar with all HR & Admin functions.
    • Ultimately, in addition to ensuring the smooth operations of all HR & Admin related activities, the HR & Admin Manager will act as the Office Manager (the person-in-charge) and participate in crucial decision making activities in the absence of a senior management executive.

    Responsibilities

    • Recruitment and retention of staff
    • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
    • Update internal databases with new hire information.
    • Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
    • Publish and remove job ads
    • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department etc.
    • Develop training and onboarding material, arrange to provide corporate material ( business card, ID etc.)and other working tools.
    • Responsible for ongoing professional development & regular employee performance reviews.
    • Coordinate with the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly Payroll and budget for the forthcoming month.
    • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they are eligible for)
    • Monitor regular staff attendance, staff dress code and staff behaviour in order to maintain the apt office decorum.
    • Attend management meetings and prepare MOM for the same.
    • Responsible for maintaining a healthy, happy & vibrant working atmosphere in addition to organising Interdepartmental gatherings and schedule staff related celebrations.
    • Prepare Pension,PAYE,NHF Schedules monthly. (All statutory obligations)
    • Maintain Insurance details & liaise with HMO/Insurance brokers to update employee records regularly and obtain benefits for affected staff.
    • Prepare daily operational expenses sheet and report to the management about fund requirements for staff welfare etc.
    • Liaise with legal service providers for corporate compliance issues etc.
    • Liaise with Real Estate/Property agents for new properties or for issues with existing properties.

    Requirements & Skills

    • B.Sc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
    • 5-6 years of work experience as an HR & Admin Manager in a similar role
    • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) & Basic Accountancy
    • In-depth knowledge of labour legislation,CAC & other legal compliances.
    • Proficiency in microsoft office & any basic accounting software.
    • Listening, problem-solving ,immense inter-personal & Organisational skills.
    • Commanding, loyal,honest and compassionate.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills

    Salary
    N300,000 Monthly.

    Senior Pharmacist

    Responsibilities

    • Deputizing for the head pharmacist.
    • Aligning the unit’s goal with our client's goals.
    • Accurately interpret, dispense and document all doctors’ prescriptions.
    • Make timely requisition(s) for “out of stock” items according to the SOP.
    • Responsible for reporting and documenting all internal errors pertaining to pharmaceutical care according to the SOP.
    • Provide requisite counseling at all times when dispensing medications to patients.
    • Accurately verify chemotherapy verification according to the SOP before reconstitution.
    • Safely and accurately reconstitute, package, deliver and dispose chemotherapy according to the SOP.
    • Responsible for compounding of extemporaneous preparations according to the SOP.
    • Responsible for other delegated pharmaceutical services of our client's.
    • Storage and catalogue chemotherapeutic drugs and other medications according to the SOP.
    • Provide pharmaceutical support to patients on chemotherapy.
    • Acquiring, securing and dispensing and documenting palliative care medications including narcotics.
    • Pharmaceutical database entry and maintenance in conjunction with other clinic staff as available.
    • Educating and counseling patients, families and the public about medications and supplements.
    • Following chemotherapy protocols and making adjustment based on individual patient circumstances.
    • Other duties not specified above that may be required by the clinic.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/ Pharmacology
    • 4 - 5 years proven experience working as a Pharmacist
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Working knowledge of MS suite and software applications.
    • Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements.

    Salary
    N300,000 - N350,000 monthly

    X-ray Technician

    Job Description

    • We are looking to employ a dedicated and skilled X-ray technician to take quality x-rays of patients’ bones, soft tissues, or organs as instructed by patients' physicians.
    • The X-ray technician's responsibilities include monitoring radiology supplies, attending mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, and ensuring that the x-ray machines are set at the correct radiation levels.
    • You should also ensure that all x-ray rooms are clean and tidy at all times.

    Responsibilities

    • Verifying patients' identity and reviewing physicians’ orders before beginning x-ray procedures.
    • Using x-ray equipment to take radiographic images of patients' bones, tissues, and organs as per physicians’ written orders.
    • Explaining x-ray procedures to patients and answering their questions.
    • Positioning patients accordingly, which may include lifting and moving patients with limited mobility.
    • Limiting patients' exposure to radiation by placing lead shields on patients where needed.
    • Ensuring that the x-rays taken are of sound quality to prevent repeat procedures.
    • Working closely with the resident Radiologist to determine whether further tests are required.
    • Ensuring that the x-ray equipment is regularly serviced and in good working order.
    • Promptly notifying management of damaged or malfunctioning x-ray equipment.
    • Maintaining an accurate record of completed x-ray procedures.

    Requirements & Skills

    • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiology, or a related field
    • 2 years Proven experience working as an X-ray technician.
    • Ability to move or lift patients.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • A patient and compassionate disposition.

    Radiographer / Sonographer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Preparing examination rooms for patient examinations.
    • Positioning patients and equipment, explaining the procedures, and ensuring patients' comfort.
    • Performing diagnostic imaging to obtain clear, usable images.
    • Inserting commands and data into the computer to document and specify the scan sequences, and monitoring the video display to adjust the density or contrast.
    • Monitoring patients during examinations, ensuring their safety, and following procedures to prevent unnecessary exposure to radiation.
    • Producing diagnostic images, reporting important information to the Physician, and updating patients' records.
    • Organizing the daily procedure schedules for emergencies and monitoring radiographic supplies.
    • Performing administrative tasks, such as answering technical questions, scheduling appointments, and offering pre-procedure advice.
    • Operate complex medical instruments such as MRIs, CT scanners, X-ray, ultrasound, and several other imaging devices.
    • Direct and supervise the activities of radiography assistants and trainee radiographers
    • Maintain proper records of patient details ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Follow up on patients after treatment to track the progress of recovery and ensure patients show no signs of radiation side effect.

    Requirements & Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree or an Associatein Radiology.
    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience working as a radiographer.
    • A license to practice Radiography.
    • Good organizational, time management, and analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
    • The ability to lift heavy weights without assistance.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and compassion.
    • Good mathematical abilities and technical skills.

    Salary
    N200,000 / month.
