    Housekeeper

    Job description

    • We are looking to hire a housekeeper to join our cleaning team.
    • You will be responsible for cleaning rooms and common areas, disposing of trash, changing beds, and notifying maintenance of any issues.
    • You should be able to lift 25 pounds and have an eye for cleanliness.

    Housekeeper Responsibilities:

    • Cleans rugs, carpets and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner, broom and carpet shampoo machine.
    • Cleans rooms, hallways and restrooms.
    • Washes walls and ceiling, moves furniture’s and turn mattress.
    • Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floor.
    • Dusts and polishes metalwork.
    • Collects soiled linen for laundering.
    • Received linen supplies from floor shoots.
    • Maintains housekeeping carts.
    • Removes trash collected in the room from each floor pantry
    • Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift to collect Newspaper bags, newspapers, trash, and solid linen.
    • Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry.
    • Deliver towels, cribs, cots and other items to the guest rooms on requests.
    • Perform duties of room attendant when necessary.
    • Sort linen, stock room attendant closets.
    • Refill the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each floor pantry.
    • Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures.
    • Remove soiled linen and trash from the pool side and other service area and take to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner.
    • Report missing / found articles, damage or merchandise problems to the housekeeping supervisors.
    • Respond at all times in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other colleagues.
    • Filling in for an absentee.
    • Take up any tasks assigned by the supervisors as and when needed.
    • Report to work in required uniform and in adherence with the Hotels Dress Code Policy.
    • Must be able to work independently and as a team player

    Housekeeper Requirements:

    • Degree in any relevant discipline
    • Prior experience as a housekeeper in an hospitality industry.
    • Ability to manage your time efficiently.
    • Work well unsupervised.
    • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
    • Handle basic maintenance and cleaning
    • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with hotel guests.
    • Hard worker.
    • Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required.

    Electrical Maintenance Personnel

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
    • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control equipment.

    Cleaners

    Job description

    • We are looking to hire an experienced cleaner to join our cleaning team. You will be responsible for keeping guest rooms, public areas, and other parts of the hotel in clean and in orderly condition. They may also be tasked with performing minor repairs or maintenance duties as needed.
    • Hotel cleaners typically work long hours—especially nights and weekends—to ensure that guests have a clean room to return to after a day of exploring the city.

    Hotel cleaner Responsibilities:

    Hotel cleaners have a wide range of responsibilities but you are charged with the responsibility of;

    • Vacuuming the floors and shampooing carpets or deep cleaning floors using a steam cleaner
    • Cleaning the pool toilet, Bar, swimming pool areas and the outer premises of the Hotel.
    • Cleaning and sterilizing toilet & bathrooms including removing hair from drains, cleaning toilets, and scrubbing tubs and showers
    • Dusting furniture, cleaning mirrors and windows, replacing light bulbs, and removing cobwebs
    • Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking restrooms in the public places
    • Spot cleaning walls, baseboards, and removing stains from carpets
    • Cleaning walls and ceilings to remove spots, smudges, and other blemishes
    • Cleaning upholstery, blinds, drapes, and other soft furnishings using specialized equipment such as a steam cleaner or vacuum with
    • Cleaning and maintaining hotel lobby, corridors, rooms, pool side and external premises.
    • Provide concierge services and delivers supplies to guests, upon request.
    • Greets all guests and answer them in a polite and prompt manner.
    • Find and return abandoned and lost items to appropriate hotel department.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory-level of cleaning tools and supplies.

    Hotel cleaner Requirements:
