    Hostess

    Job Summary

    • We seek a friendly, organized, and attentive Hostess to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless dining experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and Welcome: Greet guests warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries.
    • Reservation Management: Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
    • Seating: Seat guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring optimal table utilization.
    • Customer Service: Address customer concerns, provide menu information, and offer assistance.
    • Communication: Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
    • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the foyer, waiting area, and restrooms are clean and organized.
    • Waitlist Management: Manage waitlists, provide estimated wait times, and notify guests when tables are ready.
    • Special Requests: Accommodate special requests, such as birthday celebrations or special occasions.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an NCE / OND qualification
    • Previous Experience: 1+ year of hosting or customer service experience.
    • Excellent Communication: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    Pastry Assistant

    Job Summary

    • As a Pastry Assistant, you'll assist in preparing and presenting stunning desserts, contributing to our restaurant's exceptional dining experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist Pastry Chef in preparing desserts, cakes, and pastries.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry kitchen.
    • Follow recipes and maintain quality standards.
    • Assist with plating and garnishing desserts.
    • Develop knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and presentation styles.

    Requirements

    • Qualification: NCE / OND qualification.
    • Experience: 2 - 3 years experience
    • 1+ year of pastry experience in a commercial kitchen.
    • Culinary degree or pastry arts certification (optional).
    • Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and safety protocols.
    • Attention to detail and creativity.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
