Responsibilities

• Managing Bookings and Reservations:
• Efficiently handle bookings and reservations for short-let apartments.
• Optimize occupancy rates and ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Guest Relations and Issue Resolution
• Address guest complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
• Implement proactive measures to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Identify and engage potential clients and partners to expand our network.
• Develop effective strategies to attract new business opportunities.
• Relationship Management
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat and continuous business.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
• Customer Service Excellence
• Uphold a consistently high standard of customer service in line with company operating procedures.
• Implement best practices to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Business Opportunities Solicitation
• Actively solicit new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and participation in public relations events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Hospitality Sales Executive.
• Hands-on experience in customer service and sales.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional knowledge of standard hospitality practices and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients and partners.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and evolving client needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and find effective solutions.

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Social Media Manager.
• The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms.
• Day-to-day tasks include creating and publishing content, optimizing social media profiles, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics.
• The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Ability to analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
