    Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager

    About the Role

    • The ideal candidate will have 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in HSE management, ensuring compliance with local regulations, company standards, and international best practices to promote a safe and sustainable work environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, systems, and procedures across project sites.
    • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure preventive measures.
    • Promote a strong safety culture through employee training, awareness programs, and engagement initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (DPR, NESREA, ISO, OSHA, etc.) and company safety policies.
    • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
    • Coordinate emergency response plans and ensure readiness for workplace incidents.
    • Liaise with contractors, regulatory bodies, and project managers on all safety-related matters.
    • Maintain accurate HSE documentation and prepare periodic reports for management review.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
    • 4 - 5 years proven experience in a similar HSE role (preferably within construction, oil & gas, or engineering projects).
    • Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001, or equivalent is a strong advantage.
    • Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations, audits, and risk management procedures.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
    • Ability to influence and drive compliance across all organizational levels.

    Quality Assurance / Quality Control Officer

    About the Role

    • The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of relevant work experience, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and compliance standards within the construction environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection checklists, and quality documentation.
    • Conduct routine inspections, material testing, and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
    • Monitor and verify construction and engineering processes to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
    • Identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
    • Prepare quality reports, documentation, and progress summaries for management and clients.
    • Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent quality across all phases of the project.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with ISO and company-specific quality systems.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 – 5 years experience in QA/QC roles within the construction, civil works, or engineering industry.
    • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, material standards, and inspection techniques.
    • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and other relevant quality frameworks.
    • Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
    • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
