    Head Teacher

    Job Summary

    • A reputable school in Ibadan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Teacher to lead its Primary School division. The ideal candidate must have a solid teaching foundation and proven leadership experience in a structured academic environment. You will be responsible for academic oversight, staff supervision, curriculum coordination, and fostering a productive learning environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the primary school’s daily academic and administrative operations
    • Supervise and support teachers to deliver high-quality education
    • Monitor and evaluate teaching standards, student progress, and learning outcomes
    • Develop and implement academic programs and policies
    • Coordinate staff training, appraisals, and capacity-building initiatives
    • Promote discipline, school values, and effective parent engagement
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and curriculum standards (e.g., Nigerian & British curricula)
    • Collaborate with school management to achieve long-term educational goals

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a primary school teacher in a reputable school
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Teacher or in a school leadership role
    • Strong familiarity with Nigerian and British curricula (preferred)
    • Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate staff effectively

    Christian Religious Knowledge (C.R.K) Teacher

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a committed and experienced Christian Religious Knowledge (CRK) Teacher to join our client academic team. 
    • This role involves delivering engaging and age-appropriate CRK lessons that promote spiritual development, moral values, and critical thinking in line with Christian teachings and educational standards.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Education, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in CRK or a related subject.
    • Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
    • Commitment to Christian principles and the mission of the school.
