This role will lead enterprise-wide strategic planning, performance management, and digital transformation to drive NCF’s long-term sustainability — translating insight into action and aligning teams for measurable impact.
What we’re looking for:
10+ years’ experience in strategy development, performance management, or organisational learning (non-profit, public, or environmental sector experience preferred)
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Strategy, Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related field
Strong expertise in strategic foresight, digital transformation, and results-based performance frameworks
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership skills
The ideal candidate will turn science into policy wins and stories into momentum — a senior comms and advocacy leader who gets loud in all the right rooms.
What we’re looking for:
15+ years in policy advocacy, media, or corporate communications, with proven wins in influencing legislation or public policy
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Communications, Public Policy, Environmental Law, or related field (conservation/sustainability experience preferred)
Strategic persuasion skills — crafting policy positions and campaigns that shift stakeholder behaviour and budget lines
Senior-level media relations, crisis communications, and digital analytics expertise
