The Head, Regulatory and Corporate Governance will lead the development and execution of Ikeja Electric's corporate governance, regulatory compliance, sustainability, data protection, and regulatory stakeholder engagement strategy. This role carries primary accountability for the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, and corporate governance standards, and acts as a key strategic advisor to Management and the Board on governance, regulatory, and risk matters. The incumbent will drive a strong culture of ethical conduct, transparency, accountability, and robust risk management across the organization, positioning compliance as a strategic enabler of sustainable business performance, not merely a control function.

As Inventory Planning Officer, you will support inventory planning and warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring effective inventory control across regional stores. You will contribute to efficient material management, data integrity, and compliance with inventory and warehouse standards.

You’ll contribute to:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and collation.
• Compile weekly and monthly stock reports and inventory forecasts.
• Verify that delivered materials meet specifications before warehouse receipt.
• Maintain accurate inventory records on bin cards and MAXIMO.
• Support periodic disposal of obsolete and redundant inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and re-order triggers to prevent stock-outs.
• Ensure inventory records meet audit and stock accounting requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Minimum Requirement

This opportunity is an Entry-Level role. Your role will directly support inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and effective material planning across regional stores.

This role directly reports to the Inventory Planning/Warehousing Lead . Successful applicants will typically possess the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
• Work Experience:A minimum of 0–2 years of relevant experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or store administration.
