    Head of School

    Job Overview

    • Clementol School in Aseese, Ogun State, is hiring a dynamic and experienced Head of School to lead academic and administrative operations, mentor staff, and support overall school growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide strategic direction and leadership
    • Oversee academic programs and extracurricular activities
    • Supervise and support teaching and administrative staff
    • Maintain high standards in teaching, learning, and student outcomes
    • Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school environment
    • Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and stakeholders
    • Manage school budgets, operations, and schedules
    • Encourage innovation and community involvement

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership or administrative role in education
    • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is an added advantage
    • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
    • Experience in curriculum development and staff mentoring
    • Proficiency with educational tools and school management systems
    • High level of integrity, emotional intelligence, and adaptability
