Job Summary

• Our client requires a Head of Projects who will oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of campaign activations across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement experiential marketing campaign strategies to achieve client objectives.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including creative, production, and logistics teams.
• Create and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
• Ensure timely delivery of activation elements.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Establish campaign metrics and KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Oversee the execution of experiential marketing events, including logistics, production, and talent management.
• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful campaign activation.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Knowledge of data analysis and campaign measurement tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Certification in marketing or project management (e.g., Google Analytics, PMP).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
