Develop and implement the Bank's Human Capital Strategy in line with business objectives.
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational development and people initiatives.
Strengthening the Human Capital function as a trusted business partner.
Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and employee engagement.
Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management and coaching.
Review and modernize Human Capital policies, governance, compliance and HR processes.
Leverage HR technology and workforce analytics to support informed decision-making.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
Master's degree is preferred.
Professional HR certification (ACIPM, SPHR, CIPD or equivalent) is an advantage.
10+ years of progressive Human Capital experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience within banking or financial services is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour legislation.
Experience implementing HR technology and data-driven HR practices.
