    Head of Exploration

    Education:

    • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Geology, Geological Engineering, or related field (e.g., Earth Sciences, Mining Engineering)

    Key Experience:

    • 10+ years of experience in mineral exploration and project management
    • Proven track record of successfully leading exploration teams and discovering mineral deposits
    • Expertise in exploration methodologies, geospatial technologies, and geological modeling

    Key Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of geological principles, mineralization processes, and exploration techniques
    • Proficiency in geospatial technologies (GIS, remote sensing, geophysics)
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Effective communication and leadership abilities
    • Ability to work in remote locations and manage field operations

    Job Description:

    • As the Head of Exploration, you will lead and manage our exploration team in identifying and assessing mineral deposits. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Lead and manage a team of exploration professionals.
    • Mentor and develop junior staff members.

    Project Manager - Mining

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mining, Civil, Mechanical), Project Management, or related field

    Certifications:

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile)
    • Optional: Mining-specific certifications (e.g., Certified Mining Engineer)

    Key Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience in managing mining projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
    • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards
    • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Asana)

    Job Description:

    • As a Geologist, you will play a critical role in our exploration team, responsible for conducting field studies, analyzing geological data, and assessing mineral deposits. Your primary responsibilities will include:
    • Conduct field studies, sampling, and data collection.
    • Manage and maintain field equipment and vehicles.
    • Analyze geological samples to determine composition, structure, and mineralization.
    • Interpret laboratory results and integrate with field data.
    • Prepare geological maps, charts, and reports.
    • Develop and maintain 2D and 3D geological models.
    • Assess and model mineral deposits for exploration and production.
    • Evaluate deposit geometry, grade, and tonnage.
    • Prepare technical reports and presentations.
