    Head of CRM/Sales System Manager

    Salary Expectation: 500k

    Performance Bonus: Based on lead conversion & system efficiency

    We are not looking for someone to “manage customers.”

    We are looking for someone to build a system that drives revenue, accountability and client retention at scale.

    If you understand:

    • Sales funnels
    • Lead tracking
    • Conversion systems
    • Follow-up discipline

    Your Mission

    To design and manage a powerful CRM system that ensures:

    • No lead is lost
    • No client is ignored

    Every opportunity is maximized

    What You Will Be Doing;

    • Build and manage a structured CRM system
    • Track all leads, inspections, follow-ups and conversions
    • Hold the sales team accountable for performance
    • Create systems that improve closing rates
    • Develop client retention and referral strategies
    • Generate performance reports and insights

    Who We Are Looking For

    • You are result-driven and data-focused
    • You hate disorganization and inefficiency
    • You think in systems, not guesswork
    • You can take ownership and deliver results without excuses

    Requirements

    • 3–5 years experience in CRM, sales operations or real estate
    • Strong understanding of sales process and client lifecycle
    • Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
    • Strong leadership and analytical skills
