    Head of Administration

    Job Description

    • The Head of Administration will be incharge of coordinating the organization’s administration system and general workflows.
    • The candidate will also supervise staff, facilitate communication throughout the company and develop procedures to make the workplace more efficient.

    Responsibilities
    Contract Management:

    • Negotiating contracts and agreement with vendors
    • Writing or reviewing contracts.

    Financial Management:

    • Create budget plans, reduce costs of supplies and services and monitor the flow of money to ensure they stay within their proposed budget.
    • Generate annual workflow finances
    • Create Budget Plans, handle budgets, for the department and the entire business’ budget.
    • Act as a liaison between the employees and upper management when it comes to financial and administrative issues.

    Office Management:

    • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.
    • Ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance of the office’s equipment and computers, maintaining meeting schedules and Delegating tasks to other administrative staff and monitoring daily operation
    • Making changes to increase efficiency in the workplace

    • Ensuring the company is operating securely and effectively.

    Policy Development:

    • Developing and promoting policies that ensure positive interaction between administrative staff and other personnel

    Qualifications / Experience

    • B.Sc / MSc Degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • 5 to 7 years experience as an administrator preferably in the health sector
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of customer service practices
    • Project management experience
    • Experience supervising others
    • Budgeting and financial reporting experience
    • Contract management experience.

    Phlebotomist

    Job Overview and Duties

    • Identifying patients and their personal information by reviewing their identity documents.
    • Assessing patient needs, reviewing patient history, and determining the reason(s) for drawing blood.
    • Selecting gauge needles and preparing veins or fingers for blood drawing.
    • Extracting blood from patients through venipuncture or fingersticks.
    • Analyzing blood specimens using the correct testing equipment, when necessary.
    • Sample collection and analyzing
    • Maintain Blood bank and chemical inventories
    • Maintain Laboratory equipment. Set up, maintain, calibrate, clean, and test sterility of medical laboratory equipment

    • Preparing specimens for transportation, including labeling vials accurately and matching blood specimens to patients.

    • Keeping and maintaining records of patient names, volume of blood drawn, and diagnostic findings.
    • Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment used in the drawing and testing of blood specimens.
    • Ordering laboratory supplies, as needed.
    • Perform all other laboratory duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Degree in MLA / Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Laboratory Technology
    • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a lab technician.
    • Current Practicing license with MLSCN
    • Exceptional Knowledge of Microsoft office suits
    • Experience in Health sector as a Phlebotomist
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • The Accountant will be in charge of all payments and accounts receivables in the diagnostic centre.
    • He will handle all income and expenditure in the centre and give reports as required.
    • He will also be in charge of balancing patient’s accounts and ensure that all transactions are in order.

    Job Overview and Duties

    • Extensively interacting with patients, policy representatives, and other people as necessary to balance payments.
    • Balancing client accounts and taking payments for services rendered.

    Job Description

    • The ICT officer will be incharge of overall technology infrastructure for the Organization including planning, implementation, and management of the software applications and hardware infrastructure that support operations to make the workplace more efficient.

    Radiologist

    Job Overview and Duties

    • To provide overall radiology services
    • Cooperate with patients to offer them psychological support and address their concerns regarding an imaging procedure.
    • To supervise all radiology examinations and radiographers by always ensuring smooth operation of the radiology department.
    • Liaise with other radiologists to ensure that the department is covered at all times.
    • To device protocols in areas such as drug reaction, resuscitation, emergencies, and infection control.
    • Ensure suitable use and maintenance of all radiology modalities at the facility.
    • Ensure qualitative interpretations of investigations by sharing and discussing with colleagues when necessary.
    • Oversee radiopaque substances by injection, orally, or as enemas to render internal structures and organs visible on X-ray films or fluoroscopic screens.
    • Direct and supervise the activities of the radiography technician.
    • Maintaining and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Participate in continuing education activities to maintain and develop expertise as required by MDCAN and keep proper and updated registration with MDCN and NMA
    • Facilitate access to imaging and provide timely reporting that facilitates efficient patient flows and meets treatment objectives
    • Patients will be given a full explanation of all procedures and treatments.
    • Informed consent will be obtained from all patients before undertaking any test or procedures in accordance with the Organization’s policy
    • Be available to cover their colleagues when they are sick or on leave (within the constraints of their existing workloads). Such additional hours shall be worked and remunerated as mutually agreed.
    • Contribute to management and other service activities including quality initiatives, complaint investigations, reviews, service planning and clinical advice.

    Requirements

    • MBBS / MBChB / FMCR qualification
    • NYSC Discharge or exemption Certificate
    • Current Practice License from the medical and dental council of Nigeria
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Must be licensed by the Radiographer registration board of Nigeria (RRBN);
    • A Radiographer with Diagnostic experience
    • Valid and current practicing license from MDCN
    • Computer Literacy Extensive experience in X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI, and Mammography
    • 5 - 10 years’ experience in X-ray, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography and other Radiology procedures
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Good observation skills.
