    Head of Administration

    Responsibilities

    • Directs and oversees administrative support services staff
    • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
    • Collaborates with all management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the organization
    • Drafts and distributes statistical reports, analyses, and exhibits to company stakeholders and when required, to regulatory and government agencies
    • Develops, evaluates, and maintains the management information system (MIS)
    • Maintains the organization's administrative policies and procedures manual
    • Ensures the organizations compliance with applicable health, building, zoning, and safety licensing and certification requirements
    • Serves as a member of the organization's key administrative decision-making and planning body
    • Collaborates with other management staff to draft and implement an annual administrative budget
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field required
    • 10 years of experience in administration including 5 years in a supervisory capacity, required
    • Relevant professional certifications
    • Thorough understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, the office equipment, recordkeeping systems,
    • management information systems, and related protocols used in the organization
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Professional and tactful interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a variety of personalities
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    Group Human Resources Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Develop and execute staffing strategies tailored to project needs, partner with recruitment channels, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
    • Performance & Talent Management: Drive a culture of high performance, succession planning, and development through strategic HR interventions and performance management processes.
    • Employee Engagement & Change Management: Lead change initiatives and employee engagement diagnostics to improve the overall employee experience on the various projects.
    • Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent while ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Strategic HR Development: Align HR strategies with business goals, provide HR leadership across core areas, and support business leaders with guidance on workforce management.
    • Employee Relations & Legal Compliance: Address employee relations issues, uphold laborlaw compliance, and support conflict resolution.
    • HR Data & Reporting: Leverage HR data for strategic decision-making and insights that support business goals.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sciences, or related field Master's Degree is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 15 years HR experience, with at least 5years in a managerial role within oil and gas, including various types of employment contracts, such as field development project, downstream.
    • Membership in HR professional bodies such as CIPM or CIPD is preferred.

    Skills:

    • Strategic HR expertise, leadership, and team management.
    • Proficient in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements specific to the oil and gas sector.
