Head Of A&R at Freeme Music

Job Description

• Manages Freeme Music’s search for new and exciting music 
• On top of all the latest artists discovery and tracking their progress 
• Managing all A&R’s relationships with acts, making sure acts have the right relationships and are representing Freeme Music correctly 
• In charge of coordinating all studio recording time for artists 
• Coordinating A&R presence at relevant gigs and events 
• Working with Label Manager on release schedule 
• Managing listening to all demos and new acts amongst the A&R team 
• Working with Live Events Manager and Label Manager to book in acts for Freeme Music’s showcases 
• Working closely with artists, respective A&Rs, Label and Marketing Manager, and Creative Manager to help them realize their artistic identity 
• In charge of remix commissioning
