    • Proven track record of success in managing and developing sales teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    • Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
    • Generate leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and support.

    Sales Presentations:

    • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
    • Showcase the benefits and features of our ICT/Communication solutions.

    Sales Cycles:

    • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
    • Negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets and quotas.

    Market Research:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
    • Provide market insights and feedback to the management team.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Develop in-depth knowledge of our ICT/Communication products and services.
    • Convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and communications.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the ICT/Communication sector.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
