• The GRH/Receptionist is a customer orientated role which requires a friendly, pro active and can do attitude where the needs of the customer are treated as paramount.
• It involves assisting in filling in the position of a GRH when needed at the same time having the responsibility to provide assistance in valet service and having the capacity to do lifting and moving of item in the bank.
• It is essential that the banks ‘Here for Good’ brand promise is maintained and protected at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• To maintain a professional image at all times.
• To act in accordance with all processes and procedures.
• To promote Property within the bank.
• Daily activities as scheduled by the Team Lead or Line Manager.
• Support and assistance of hospitality team colleagues as required
• To work across boundaries.
• To maintain grooming standard of 5 star hotel expectation at all times.
• To escalate any matters of concern regarding the up-keep of facilities.
• To be familiar with Property departments values and vision in providing a 5 star hotel environment
