Responsibilities

• Support the creation and execute of creative strategy using graphics, photography and motion graphics which support Speedaf’s brand and image plans
• Measure proposed sites for offline branding, create digital simulations, and advise marketing manager on optimising branding and visibility specifications
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Identify opportunities to increase photography coverage of Speedaf’s operations as an effective tool for marketing activities
• Visiting Company Stations and Warehouses to take branding measurements and design approprate images for billboards, shopheads, flyers and banners
• Communicating with line manager about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
• Attending to other necessary work related function assigned by line manager.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 3 experience.

Responsibilities

• Performing reference and background checks for new recruits.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
• Follow up with candidates for interview.
• Follow up with qualified candidates for resumption.
• Assisting with filing of Staff documents.
• Other duties assigned from time to time.

Skills and Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be competent in Microsoft office tools.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be able to maintain data accuracy and also analyse data.
• Ability to multitask.
• Willingness to learn.
