    Graduate Trainee, Mechanical Engineering

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer Intern to join our Rolling Mill department.
    • The successful candidate will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems used in the rolling mill process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in Mechanical Design and Development: Assist mechanical engineers in designing and developing mechanical equipment and systems, including rolling mills, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
    • Conduct Site Inspections and Troubleshooting: Conduct site inspections to identify mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems with rolling mill equipment and systems.
    • Develop and Implement Maintenance Procedures: Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures for mechanical equipment and systems, including preventive maintenance schedules and repair protocols.

    Requirements

    • Mechanical Engineer: B.Eng / HND with 0 - 1 year work experience.

    Graduate Trainee – Electrical Engineering

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical machinery and control systems.
    • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical panels, motors, and instrumentation.
    • Assist in monitoring power distribution systems and energy usage across production units.
    • Learn and apply best practices in plant safety, electrical installations, and automation.
    • Work with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
    • Document electrical processes and generate performance reports.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. or HND in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
    • Strong interest in industrial systems, automation, or electrical power engineering.
    • Eager to learn in a practical, fast-paced environment.
    • Resides in or willing to relocate to Ikorodu, Lagos.
