    Generator Operator

    • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Generator Operator to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of generators to ensure uninterrupted power supply for our facilities.
    • The Generator Operator will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting generator systems, performing routine inspections, and responding promptly to any equipment malfunctions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Operate Generators: Start, stop, and monitor generators to ensure a continuous and reliable power supply.
    • Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and servicing of generators according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
    • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions in generator systems promptly to minimize downtime.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of generator operating parameters, maintenance activities, and any repairs performed.
    • Emergency Response: Respond quickly and effectively to any power outages or emergency situations, taking appropriate actions to restore power promptly.
    • Collaboration: Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to schedule and execute preventive maintenance and repairs.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies during all generator operations.
    • Training: Provide training to other staff members on generator operation and safety protocols.

    Requirements:

    • Education: High school diploma, National Diploma (ND) or equivalent.
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience as a Generator Operator or in a related field.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of generators.
    • Safety Conscious: Strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to follow established safety procedures.
    • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
    • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with other team members and departments.
    • Availability: Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Estate Surveyor

    • As an Estate Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our experienced surveyors in various real estate projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills in the field of Estate Management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist senior estate surveyors in conducting property valuations and appraisals.
    • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting property data for accurate assessments.
    • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather essential information for property valuation reports.
    • Provide support in preparing detailed valuation reports under the guidance of senior surveyors.
    • Collaborate with the team to assist in property transactions and negotiations.
    • Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of property assets and relevant documents.

    • Attend to all issues arising from the property or facilities by proffering instant and best solutions to resolve them.
    • Prompt filing of both digital and hard copy reports of events in relation to arising property issues or resolved issues.
    • The interface between our firm, the clients, and vendors on property matters
    • Utilize IT skills to support data management and analysis tasks.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to enhance your knowledge and expertise.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Estate Management.
    • Hold an HND/B.Sc/M.Sc degree in Estate Management or related field.
    • Proficiency in IT literacy to use relevant software effectively and tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • A passion for the real estate industry and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
    • Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Nigeria will be an added advantage.
