    General Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and providing strategic leadership across geosynthetics, coastal protection, and construction (roads/buildings).

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic plans; identify new business opportunities and manage key stakeholder relationships.
    • Oversee full project lifecycles (bid to completion) across geosynthetics/coastal/construction; ensure quality, safety, scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
    • Optimize operations and resources (equipment, materials, workforce) and streamline office administration in line with company policies.
    • Support financial management (budgets, cost control, invoicing/AR) and lead, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying; MBA / management qualification is an advantage.
    • 10+ years’ industry experience with 5+ years in senior leadership within construction/engineering design; willingness to travel.
    • Strong technical knowledge of geosynthetics and coastal protection.

    Salary
    NGN 800,000 - NGN 1,100,000 / Month.

    Direct Sales Agent

    About the Role

    • Ali Eko is seeking charismatic and results-driven Direct Sales Agents to represent the ALI brand and connect with customers.
    • Your primary goal will be to generate sales and build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and providing the right product solutions from our offerings.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage potential customers through direct interactions and introduce them to Ali Eko’s platform and products.
    • Guide customers confidently through the order placement, processing, and confirmation stages.
    • Meet the daily sales target of 35 Ali Eko products.
    • Develop a solid understanding of Ali Eko’s products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
    • Collect and share customer feedback with the marketing and product development teams to support business improvements.
    • Provide regular progress reports and highlight challenges to the Direct Sales Manager.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of OND in any related field.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
    • Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation and persuasive ability.
    • Must own a smart, internet-enabled phone.

    Gross Salary
    N164,870 / month (inclusive of N30,000 commission).
