    General Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
    • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share
    • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
    • Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
    • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
    • Generate operational reports.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration.
    • At least 6 years work experience in same capacity

    Fleet Manager (Logistics / Transport Manager)

    Job Description

    • Direct and implement activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of transportation vehicles
    • Planning, organizing, and managing all operational activities
    • Directing and implementing investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints.
    • Collaborating with staff members to formulate and implement transportation-related procedures.
    • Arranging repairs and routine maintenance of transportation vehicles.
    • Promoting safe work activities by conducting safety audits, and attending company safety meetings.
    • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
    • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
    • Generate additional business from existing customers
    • Implement Customer relations strategies designed to retain old customers and attract new ones.
    • Secure charter and other services for the company.
    • Generates daily sales reports and submit same to finance department.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Management or related field.
    • 4 - 6 years of work experience.
    • Proven work experience in transportation and logistics.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Fast learner and quick thinker
    • Knowledge of Microsoft office
    • Good conflict resolution skills
    • Excellent leadership skills
    • Good reporting and follow-up skills
    • Sound negotiation and convincing skills.

    Business Development Manager

    • Follow up new business opportunities, setting up meetings, planning and prepare presentations
    • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
    • Coach sales people on best practices for closing more deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
    • Source advertising opportunities and develop promotion campaigns for business units.
    • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as proposals, brochures, and adverts
    • Develop sustainable affiliate channels to generate recurrent sales.
    • Organize and attend events aimed at increasing the profile of the company and garnering more sales for the company.
    • Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
    • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and gatekeepers, both internal and external.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients & prospects
    • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
    • Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns
    • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
    • Review client's feedback and implement necessary changes.

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
    • 5 - 6 years of work experience.
    • Proven work experience in marketing.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
    • Self-motivated, sound marketing and prospecting skills in breaking new business grounds.
    • Passionate about meeting and surpassing sales targets.
    • Good reporting and follow-up skills
    • Sound negotiation and convincing skills.
    • Excellent in mapping out sales strategies
