Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of bespoke applications for the organization
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle from concept to deployment
• Collaborate with the development team and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Architect and design new software systems aligned with business needs
• Implement new features and enhance existing applications
• Oversee testing and deployment of all software solutions
• Mentor junior software engineers and perform code reviews
• Test and evaluate new technologies for performance and security compliance
• Roll out software fixes and upgrades as necessary
• Design and maintain efficient database structures
• Integrate internal and third-party APIs
• Manage the organization’s repository and version control systems

• This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales, partnerships, and business strategy within the FinTech or finance industry.
• The BDM will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term commercial and strategic relationships with agents, vendors, distributors, and partner organizations. 
• The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in expanding business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage new agents, partners, and business opportunities.
• Drive bulk purchase transactions from organizations and corporate entities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Consistently exceed revenue targets for the assigned coverage area.
• Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution is compulsory
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in partnership development, business development, or account management.
• Previous experience in the FinTech industry is an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
