    Front Desk / Client Service Officer

    Responsibilities and Attributes

    • Assisting with administrative tasks.
    • Receives the guest and answers questions in person by telephone.
    • Provide client support services in accurate and timely fashion.
    • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
    • Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
    • Make frequent client calls and visits to strengthen client relationships.
    • Analyze and resolve service issues promptly.
    • Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
    • Maintain client focused working environment for team.
    • Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities with client contacts.
    • Responds to inquiries and refers when necessary to the appropriate official or department.
    • Prepares outgoing mail, sorts and distributes incoming mails.
    • Utilize effective problem solving and time management skills in client service operations.
    • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation activities.
    • Develop process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Marketing of Green Field HMO plans.

    Job Requirements
    Candidate must possess the following:

    • Minimum of OND / HND in any discipline.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Must be proficient in typing.
    • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Previous experience in a Secretarial position is an added advantage.

    Staff Nurse / Midwife (RN / RM)

    Responsibilities and Attributes

    • Claims verification and processing
    • Vetting of all medical bills on our various schemes according to agreed tariffs
    • Conflict resolution on all bill related issues
    • Maintaining correspondence with enrollees and providers
    • Education of enrollees and providers especially on the operations of the scheme
    • Handling and sorting of complaints from enrollees and providers Claim verification, vetting and processing of all medical bills
    • Provider Visitation and Tariff negotiations
    • Generating Claims reports and other NHIS statutory reports.
    • Marketing of Green Field HMO plans.

    Requirements
    Candidate must possess the following:

    • Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree qualification.
    • Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria as staff nurse (RN) / Midwife (RM),
    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel,
    • Cognate experience working with a Health Maintenance Organization is an added advantage.

    Quality Assurance Officer

    Responsibilities and Attribute

    • Routine Provider Visitation
    • Quality Assurance visitation & monitoring of care providers across our various schemes
    • Inspection and accreditation of new facilities
    • Conduct Provider Orientation/ Education and enlightenment activities on the modus operandi of our schemes
    • Conflict resolution with providers and enrollees
    • Maintaining correspondence with enrollees, providers
    • Timely Issuance of Authorization codes
    • Maintaining correspondence with enrollees and providers
    • Tariff negotiations
    • Care Co-ordination.
    • Generating Provider visitation reports and other NHIS statutory reports.
    • Marketing of Green Field HMO plans.

    Requirements
    Candidate must possess the following:
