    Cabin Crew Member

    Job Summary

    • The Cabin crew member will provide excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight, such as responding to passenger inquiries and resolving issues or complaints.

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Maintaining responsibility to the Captain for all aspects of cabin safety.
    • Operating under the direction of the Purser with regards to cabin service.
    • Being updated on all UNITED NIGERIA’s safety procedures and licensed to operate on all UNITED NIGERIA airplanes. Including mandatory answering of a ‘SAFETY TALK’ question before a flight.
    • Delivering the cabin service in line with the service standards of UNITED NIGERIA as stipulated in the airline’s service standard manual.
    • Maintaining high levels of customer experience onboard every UNITED NIGERIA flight by assisting customers as needed and managing problems as they arise in liaison with flight seniors.
    • Ensuring the safety of each passenger in a designated area of responsibility and safe evacuation
      in the event of an emergency

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
    • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
    • Ensures cabin safety according to SOPs
    • Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Experience & Qualification

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Fluent in English
    • Previous experience in customer service

    Commercial Analyst Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Analyst Supervisor to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing dynamic pricing strategies, monitoring competitor actions, and driving revenue growth through data-driven decision making.   

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Implement dynamic pricing and monitor competitor actions.
    • Conduct demand forecasts, generate performance reports, and support pricing inputs.
    • Prepare seasonal and ad-hoc schedules based on fleet plan, crew availability and commercial demand.
    • Continuously monitor booking trends and adjust inventory dynamically.
    • Monitor real-time booking pace and competitor pricing.
    • Track competitor actions, fare trends, capacity changes, and new route entries.
    • Conduct monthly reviews of both schedule efficiency and revenue optimization outcomes.
    • Prepare and submit consolidated reports to senior management.

    Experience & Qualification

    • HND, BSC, in any discipline
    • 4 years and above working experience
