• As a marketing executive, you will look after all the marketing and advertising functions of the business, covering the management of the job boards, identifying new advertising opportunities, enhancing the Talenture Group’s online presence through email marketing, social media marketing, website, PPC, advertising, PR and direct marketing; while ensuring the company’s website, marketing materials and social media platforms are regularly updated with engaging content.
• Other responsibilities include the organisation of company events online and offline, exploring new avenues to attract top talent for our clients, whilst ensuring we are recognised for our excellence at leading industry award ceremonies.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target and run marketing campaigns that drive direct revenue impact.
• Build attribution models and help deploy marketing spend budgets to generate lead pipeline.
• Test ideas, find ways to automate, rinse and repeat.
• Analyse and optimize on lower-funnel metrics to ensure campaign ROI improves as it scales.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degreein Marketing, Mass Communication
• 1 year work experience in a top tech company, banking, asset management, strategic consulting or equivalent (highly preferred)
• A hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity
• Obsessed to solve puzzles and never give up
• Experience of marketing automation essentials
• Ability to juggle multiple projects
